Administrative Agent Special Projects

Working in the field of real estate, our client is currently looking for administrative agents for special projects.

Tasks:
-Performs file analysis (verification and validation of supporting documents);
-Assesses the needs of the clientele, calculates the rent to be paid (first lease), performs basic checks on payments to landlords;
-Ensures renewals, lease terminations, computer creation and modifications;
-Performs various administrative tasks, participates in various projects (renewal of leases in neighbourhoods or homes, etc.);
-Meets with tenants, landlords or their agents at the service office, at a service point or in a home;
-Participates in the development of methods, standards and procedures;
-Ensures contact with private owners, non-profit organizations, cooperatives, the SHQ, as well as with tenants;
-Provides customer service both by phone and during interviews in connection with the various administrative tasks assigned to him/her;
-Assists co-workers.

Minimum General Knowledge Required:
-Very good knowledge of communication and interview techniques;
-Good knowledge of French and English;
-Basic knowledge of mathematics;
-Ability to apply laws, regulations, etc.;
-Have a minimum of knowledge in administration and evaluation of the general quality of a building is an asset.

Your qualifications
-DEC in social work, administrative techniques or special education.
-Two years of experience in a comparable position or three years of relevant experience.
