Administrative Assistant

Your Roles and Responsibilities:


• Reducing the workload for brokers: Valuable support for smooth and efficient management.
• Telephone Reception: First point of contact for our clients.
• Data Management: Learn how to navigate Epic to enter data (claims files, quotes) and create client files. Distribute ICS by scanning.
• Submission Completion: Training to master Applied.

Required Profile: We are looking for someone with empathy, resourcefulness and initiative, conscientious, welcoming and cheerful, capable of managing priorities and a sense of urgency, while being punctual, comfortable with IT tools, with excellent customer service skills, and with a high school diploma (DES).

Fluency in English is an asset.

Practical Information: • Schedule: 35 hours per week, hours to be discussed.

• Workplace: On-site presence required at the start due to intensive learning, with the possibility of teleworking to be discussed later.

• Salary: between $20.00 and $25.00 / hour depending on experience and diploma.
