🎯 Your role:

You will be the main point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Your goal: to guarantee punctual, safe, and efficient transportation service. 🔧 Your responsibilities: Plan routes and assign trips according to priorities Track movements in real time using a geolocation system Manage unforeseen events and adjust plans quickly Communicate clearly with drivers Maintain up-to-date delivery records and reports Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies 🧠 Desired profile: AEC or DEC in Transportation Logistics Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching or logistics Bilingualism (French/English) Excellent stress and priority management Proficient in computer tools (dispatching software, GPS, Excel) Rigorous, professional, and organized
