Our client, a company involved in the sale of high-end plumbing products, is looking for an administrative and accounting clerk. Missions p>

• Verification and revision of the different supplier reports and invoices

• Entering invoices in the system

• Preparing weekly payment batches

• Processing and tracking of general office invoices

• Issuing payments (checks, transfers)

• Design and follow-up of various accounts payable reports

• Assist the account manager to pay

• Communication with suppliers, departments and purchasing departments

• Statements Analysis

• Filing Account Statements

• Participate in the verification of different end-of-month reports

• Any other related tasks


• Education: DEP in Accounting

• Bilingualism (French and English)

• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position

• Team spirit and good attitude

• Versatility and resourcefulness

• Ability to organize your time

• Precision and meticulousness

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Punctuality and speed of execution

• Excellent organizational ability and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
