Administrative assistant Permanent position

Our client, an expert in the construction field who offers his consultancy services in this area in order to identify problems, analyze them and propose relevant solutions, is looking for an administrative assistant.

Missions

The employee will be responsible for various administrative tasks.

  • Prepare, enter on the computer, review and reread documents, reports, correspondence and d other related documents from handwritten or computerized notes; • Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for information files; • Compile data, if necessary, statistics and other information to support the activities of project engineers; • Occasionally answer and transmit calls t telephone and messages.

Qualifications

  • Professional training diploma in office automation
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good command of the Office suite
  • Knowledge of Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop software an asset
  • Autonomy and initiative taking
  • Bilingual French - English
  • Excellent French spoken and written
  • Ability to create and maintain good interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
