Our client, a company that works in the construction field is looking for an administrative assistant.

Missions

- Greet visitors;

- Check the telephone system (messages voice, etc.);

- Receive and send documents;

- Prepare documentation and quotes;

- Perform opening of projects, creation of contacts, validation of AMR, minutes of meetings, follow-ups and assembly of end-of-project manuals for 3 project managers;

- Perform correspondence for management ;

- Manage the photo registry and update the website;

- Place various orders for office supplies;

- Create PowerPoint presentations occasionally;

- Manage the validation of documents relating to the release of checks and follow up with subcontractors to deliver or post checks

Qualifications and skills

- Excellent command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software ;

- Good French grammar;

- Good knowledge of English, both oral and written;

- Ease in functioning office equipment

- Ability to work in a team;

- Organizational skills;

- Good management of priorities;

- Speed ​​of execution;

- Confidentiality;

- Thoroughness;

- Interpersonal skills.

- Professional secretarial training or technical office automation.

- 5 to 10 years in a secretary position with several people to serve.
