Administrative Assistant

Our client, a company in the real estate field, is looking for an administrative assistant to provide support to the management of the team. This is a permanent position with a schedule of 37.5 hours a week. The person will work in a stimulating environment and benefit from interesting benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, revise and correct certain documents and matches
  • Manage e-mails and direction calendar
  • Manage Office Controls and Supplies
  • Organize Meetings
  • Write Reports
  • Update accounting files (billing, bookkeeping, etc.)
  • perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a management assistant or administration
  • control of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing
