Tasks and responsibilities: - Reception, reception, telephone, customer service - Mail management - Creation and update of letters and template - Tracking of databases (tracking table, label, km reports) - Opening and preparation of customer files - Text editing (French and English) - Preparation of final financial statements for delivery - Filing of data for tax returns - Writing of minutes summary /> - Sending faxes, letters, documents to governments and other specific recipients - Recovery of clients - All other administrative tasks as needed

Who are we looking for (requirements) : - AEC or DEC in Administration or equivalent - Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoin t) - Excellent French spoken and written - Good knowledge of spoken and written English - We are looking for a resourceful person, rigorous, assiduous, autonomous, discreet who has a good emotional intelligence

Other relevant information: - In front of the Metro Park - Schedule of 35 hours per week from 9 am and 5 pm, one hour of dinner from noon to 1 pm Paid - Group insurance and RRSP after the 3-month trial period - Office closed during the holiday season
