Administrative Assistant for Financial Services

The Administrative Assistant for Financial Services is responsible for supporting the work of the Financial Security Advisor (CSF) in particular by checking, recording and monitoring new proposals as well as updating customer files. In addition, he closely follows up on files under study with insurers and responds to customer calls by providing them with the necessary answers Skills and profile sought

  • Certificate in insurance of persons issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or commitment to obtain it (an asset)
  • Skills IT (ability to know how to edit images / graphics for clients)
  • Experience in an administrative position (support to people, preparation of files, email service)
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language, both orally and in writing;
  • Ability to adapt and openness to changes.
  • Discipline and professional rigor (attention to detail)
