Your involvement in the team:

as a member of the team in health law, your Role would be disporting with the whole team in the realization of various mandates.

More specifically, you will also have to:

  • Manage the team of team professionals ;
  • ensure access to a dating schedule by all key stakeholders in the files;
  • convene participants at meetings;
  • transmit applications from information to customers;
  • collaborate on the opening of customer files;
  • follow up with stakeholders to ensure respect for timelines;
  • receive and Collect the requested information;
  • Ensure the receipt and retention of documents received and products;
  • Contribute to documentary conservation;
  • Classification and documentation preparation in Folders;
  • List the received and produced documentation;
  • Prepare and maintain contact lists;
  • Revise letters and service notes;
  • realize the c text orrection;
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations;
  • manipulate encryptions and databases.

A legal experience is an asset, but is not mandatory.

You have the profile sought if you:

  • hold a dep Administration or secretariat;
  • have an arrangement two (2) years and more relevant experiments;
  • have in-depth knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • master French and English, both orally and in writing;
  • have experience with legal software Juris - an asset;
  • have the ability to Manage your stress and multiple timelines simultaneously;
  • areRecognized for your organization, your sense of initiative as well as your ease of adaptation.
