Main activities

Ø Prepare, revise, make the correction and The layout of legal documentation (letters, resolutions, equity certificates, registers, minutes, etc.);

Ø Perform the billing in collaboration with the Department Vice-President;

Ø Write and monitor the correspondence;

Ø Perform the calendar holding and tracking files;

Ø Receive call calls, take the messages, route calls;

Ø Scan, organize and track documents and folders and rank;

Requirements profile

Technical knowledge

Ø Master the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word );

Ø Possess a DEP or AEC or a DEC in secretarial or office.

work experience
