Our client, a construction company, is looking for a Sales Assistant Sales.


Order taking (30-40%)

  • Answer the phone
  • Respond to customers on the spot
  • Validate customer information + price
  • Plan for picking or delivery

Billing (25% -35%)

  • Treatment via Acomba software
  • Sending invoices by email or post

Vendor Support (20%)

  • Project documents:
  • Warranty Letter
  • Site report
  • Membership / compatibility report
  • Sending a sample

Documents for sale:

  • Price list
  • Sales Sheet

Other (20%)

  • Document Translation
  • Manage the company website
  • Mailing release
  • Contact List Management
  • Inventory taking


- Excellent organizational skills
