Administrative Clerk (FB)

Our client, a service company, is looking for an administrative clerk to join his team. This is a permanent employment opportunity offering a full range of benefits and a rotation work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that the data of the system related to the delivery information is correct
  • maintain the driver cards
  • be available to answer the information requests of the drivers, in case of Need
  • Make the bills and credits for customers
  • reconcile and compile daily transactions
  • act as a resource person in Case of technical or operational problem related to deliveries
  • Perform the weighing of trucks and entries Relevant data in the system
  • Assist the supervisor in various daily tasks, as well as do Other Related Administrative Tasks

Requirements:

  • dec or any training completed in a relevant study area
  • deed NIR a minimum of 3 years of experience in office work
  • Good command of computer tools
  • functional bilingualism
