Administrative Coordinator at sales-purchase service (CL)

We are looking for a administrative coordinator at the sales-purchase service for our client, a company in the distribution sector.

The person will work in hybrid mode, so sometimes remotely or in the offices located in Lachine.

The post is permanent with a schedule of 37.5 hours a week. The employer offers an excellent range of benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • support the team and the clientele for The commands
  • provide support for the resolution of existing problems
  • perform the necessary follow-ups to the
  • > Entering input in our Final billing system
  • follow up with customers in collaboration with the account representative
  • act as a liaison agent between the different members
  • perform all other related tasks

Requirements :

  • Collegial degree in administration
  • customer service experience
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English) both orally and Writing
