Administrative Assistant Accounting

Our client, a real estate company located in downtown Montreal, is at the Search for an administrative accounting assistant for a team of engineers. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode (alternation teleworking and face-to-face). The person will work in a dynamic environment and benefit from several social benefits. Responsibilities

  • communicate with the clientele (answer to questions, followed, etc.
  • document layout
  • Produce all invoices for customers
  • Checking lease summaries
  • Validate deposits
  • Manage issues in collaborations with different teams
  • Check the receipts and ensure follow-up
  • Conduct the ranking and entry of accounting data
  • perform all other related tasks


  • college degree in accounting
  • three (3) years of accounting experience General
  • an experience in real estate accounting
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite with a good practical knowledge of Excel and Word
