1. Job Summary

Under the supervision of the CFO, the person in this position participates in the development of the administrative department. To do this, she makes sure to meet the objectives set by the management in terms of quantity and quality, while respecting organizational values. More specifically, she is responsible for the proper management of customer requests and the management of information facilitating the sale of Terra Café products by internal staff and / or external representatives.

She will also be responsible for certain activities related to the collection of receivables and the processing of accounts payable.

Finally, it will act as a support for customer services, data entry and coordination of administrative procedures such as: budget presentation, inventory tracking, bill compilation and work schedules.

Job Description: Tasks to be performed

2, 1.1 Compile, verify, record and report. process customer requests

2, 1,2 Prepare sales reports for different products to facilitate understanding and interpretation

2, 1,3 Maintain Inventory office supplies and renew it as needed in

2, 1.4 Maintain company policies and procedures

2, 1.5 Process customer payments and prepare bank deposit

2, 1.6 Acting as Customer Service Support

2, 1.7 Receiving Accounts Receivable (Telephone and Email)

Dealing supplier invoices and preparing payments

2, 1,8 Assist the financial management in the accomplishment of various administrative tasks related to the position: data entry, classification, correspondence, working hours, end of the month , etc.

Job specification

The activities of this position require in particular:

3, 1.1 Diploma or training in accounting, administration, in office automation or equivalent: requirement

3, 1,2 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and knowledge of basic accounting principles: an asset

3, 1, 3 Good level of spoken bilingualism (French and English) english): requirement

3, 1.4 Good computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook: requirement
