NV-10As a business strategy and cross-sector initiatives advisor, you help develop plans and business intelligence; monitor business plans and performance; set targets; identify opportunities to improve service delivery; and design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including the organizational transformation and shift.Specifically, you will coordinate normal divisional business continuity activities. You will ensure that all administrative departments have prepared their business impact analysis (BIA) and identified their critical activities. You will also ensure that they have prepared business continuity plans (BCP) for their critical activities and mandatory annual exercises. In addition, you will support and advise owners and project managers or divisional managers throughout the different phases of change-management projects. You will coordinate the other stakeholders to deliver an integrated service offer for the project and ensure that organizational solutions and tools are maintained and updated. Then, you will help to coordinate audits and compliance mandates (DGMO).You lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for decision-making bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management or any other relevant field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Experience in incident management and business continuity (an asset)
  • Experience in Change Management / Organizational Development (an asset)
