NV-09The Operational Performance Department is looking for an advisor to support the work related to the evolution of our processes and the implementation of a new ticketing tool. As IT Change Support Advisor, you will play a key role in the daily lives of individuals by helping them equip themselves and adapt to a changing environment. You will help develop the strategy and the change plan in order to promote stakeholder adherence. You advise and assist the management and a project team in a large-scale program. Your projects and initiatives require good knowledge of your line of work.You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the program's directions and objectives. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is essential.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities 

  • Diagnose issues, challenges, needs and problems to determine target outcomes

  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans

  • Analyze information, conduct studies, develop and make recommendations, and write reports

Other working conditions

  • Workplace: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid

  • Temporary work : scheduled to end on June 3, 2023 - Possibility of extension

  • Number of job available : 1


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (an asset)

  • Knowledge of IT support operations (an asset)

  • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English (an asset)
