NV-09The Disnat Services and Operations Department is an operational sector that is responsible for administering accounts, such as opening accounts, and transferring and managing registered plans for its partner, Desjardins Online Brokerage (Disnat). We are a dynamic, innovative and competitive team. .As a product administration advisor, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
Specifically, you will coordinate the operations of this team, supervise the activities of a Client Contact Centre, and take charge of patron and member complaints. You will also analyze and understand the impact of projects and help the team manage change. You will also be called upon to maintain the business relationship with our partner and colleagues working in the other business units in your division.
