NV-06We are currently seeking customer service professionals for our Montreal Contact Centre. The positions offered are permanent and give you access to benefits such as a pension fund and group insurance of your choice.As an Agent in the Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing timely, courteous and professional service to plan members. You will respond to telephone requests by providing specific information on our various retirement products and services. If you have received customer service, finance or insurance training, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge. The Contact Centre is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday. No weekends!
