Agile Product Owner - Banking Fraud Management

NV-10As Agile Product Owner - Banking Fraud Management, you will help define and develop strategic planning and monitoring activities, and track business plans and performance. You will help establish targets and identify service delivery improvement opportunities, and support the design and delivery of business strategies and solutions in line with the business architecture of the various projects or as part of the transformation and development of Desjardins Group.You will be an integral part of one or more squads (multidisciplinary teams) dedicated to banking fraud management transformation and development. As an active squad member, you will represent the client’s voice as well as that of the business owners; you will be the product’s vision custodian. You will actively participate in program governance by defining the user stories for your squad. You will have authority to prioritize the stories. You will be responsible for defining and updating the Backlog within the scope of your assigned squad. You will be responsible for ensuring that the solution meets all requirements. You will collaborate with the program’s various stakeholders in maintaining the vision, road map and definition of and compliance with objectives.

  • Être le gardien de la vision du produit.
  • Agir comme représentant et point d’entrée unique pour toute demande touchant l’escouade. Contribuer à la documentation des récits, mais surtout à les intégrer et les prioriser au carnet d'initiatives (Backlog). 
  • Être responsable de la définition du carnet de produit et de sa maintenance. 
  • Déterminer les priorités afin de maximiser la valeur d'affaires livrée. 
  • Assumer le pouvoir décisionnel en regard au carnet de produit. 
  • Assurer la clarté, la transparence et la diffusion des objectifs à toutes les parties prenantes. 
  • Soutenir le programme de gestion de la fraude dans la mise en place de pratiques agile afin de favoriser l’amélioration continue et d’optimiser le flux de valeur produit. 
  • Analyser les besoins des parties prenantes, les coûts, les bénéfices, les risques, les contraintes et les opportunités d’affaires devant être considérés dans la portée de l’escouade. 
  • Participer à la planification, à la visualisation, à la cartographie du produit, décider du contenu d'une version, planifier la version, fournir un retour d'information à l'équipe et passer en revue les résultats du travail afin de gérer les clients, les utilisateurs et les autres parties prenantes. 
  • Assurer la reddition de compte et soulever les enjeux de l'escouade auprès de son gestionnaire et autres parties prenantes. 
  • Collaborer activement avec les "Business Owner", l’équipe de l’escouade et toutes autres parties prenantes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
