Bilingual receptionist, downtown

Our client, a company operating in the finance sector, is looking for a receptionist. The employer is located in the city center and offers a range of profits, including collective assurances, corporate discounts, RRSP, Boni and more. The position is permanent and the person will work in facelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to calls and redirect them
  • Manage emails and mail
  • Coordinate shipments by messenger
  • Welcome visitors and respond to requests
  • Coordinate conference room bookings
  • update various lists and Documents
  • Manage access cards
  • Receive requests for maintaining desktop spaces and make the following tracking
  • perform any other related tasks at the station

Requirements:

  • DEC in secretarial, office automation or administration
  • at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • excellent bilingualism, spoken and written
  • good mastery of the MS Office suite
  • knowledge in accounting, a good asset
