YOUR ROLE

Plan, monitor and provide management with administrative follow-ups for projects and operational budgets. In addition, assume specific mandates related to management activities, the use of software and equipment as well as the development and implementation of new administrative methods.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Possess a professional diploma in secretarial or accounting (each year of missing schooling can be offset by two (2) years of relevant work experience) and have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience related to awards.
  • Have knowledge of computer science (Word, Excel and PC system).
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
  • Have a sense of responsibility.
  • Have good judgment.
  • Demonstrate communication skills (written and verbal).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: from $ 21.66 to $ 26.57

Schedule: 35 hours / week, 5 days / week

LOCATION: 445 Saint-Gabriel Street, Montreal
