JOB SUMMARY Sous the supervision of general management, the person holding this position, will coordinate communications (internal and external) and will be responsible for developing financial partnerships. In addition, she will actively participate in setting up guidelines for the Carrefour Familial Hochelaga. MAIN FUNCTIONS Communication: ? Ensure the implementation of the existing communication plan and update it annually, and this according to the communication strategies and the development of the CFH. ? Design, apply and evaluate communication strategies to inform participants, employees, partners, the media and the general public. ? Coordinate and design promotional activities of the organization for staff, partners and target clientele and funders. ? Coordinate website and social media content. ? Coordinate the writing of articles in the organization's publications, web and conventional as well as in the annual report. ? Develops an internal communication plan and ensures its deployment. ? Design, in collaboration with the team, a newsletter ? Ensure that the organization's written productions are of high quality. ? Write progress reports and the annual report of the organization in collaboration with coordination and general management. ? Drafting and production of internal and external CFH documents (funding requests, reports) ? Internal knowledge management (database, contact list, shared calendar, IT file structure (cloud). Partnership / funding: ? Put forward strategies to attract new donors and retain existing ones. ? Seek and identify new sources of funding. > ? Maintain relationships with donors in order to encourage their engagement. ? Negotiate with donors and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and get the content approved. ? Plan, organize and direct fundraising activities. ? Ensure the development of personal and corporate donations, as well as from foundations; ? Coordinate and ensure follow-ups with donors. ? Coordinate engagement t non-financial corporate (groups of corporate volunteers, donation of goods and services); Others: ? Ensures, incollaboration of coordination and management, organization of events (launching of projects, open houses, networking, self-financing activities); ? Manage administrative files in the absence of a member of the coordination team. ? Assist his immediate supervisor with certain files in his field of expertise and replace him if necessary.
