Coordinator, logistics of meetings

Our client, a company in the field of health, is looking for a coordinator, logistics of meetings for their office in downtown Montreal.

This is A permanent position with a schedule of 35 hours a week. The person will work in stimulating workplace and will benefit from interesting benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Write, revise and correct certain documents and correspondences
  • process, and send emails to members
  • Ensure the various follow-ups with the persons concerned within the fixed deadlines and the appropriate form
  • organize the meetings of the committee
  • any other related tasks

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Humanities or Administrative
  • at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Good mastery of French both orally and in writing
