Coordinator of Service Offer Management

As management coordinator for service offerings , come and play an expert role at Stantec, a leading engineering firm with 22,000 employees working in more than 400 offices and among the top 10 design firms in the world. In Quebec, we have 1,500 employees in more than 20 offices.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinating the preparation of winning service offerings that set us apart from the competition, in collaboration with the leaders and the technical staff of the operations, from the launch of the call for tenders to the final verification, the printing, the assembly of the offer and feedback as a result;

  • Participate in the opportunity development process: lead bid start meetings, identify key success elements, plan content for sections, produce the required administrative documents, advise technical writers in the form to be adopted and provide examples of good practice, write and edit texts on the firm as needed, prepare presentations for clients, etc .;

  • Provide support to the activities of marketing and business development, including maintaining and using Stantec's marketing systems;

  • Ensuring understanding and adherence to policies, procedures, practices and Stantec marketing protocols.

Your experience and skills

  • Postgraduate degree -secondary in a relevant field (example; marketing, communication, journalism, administration, secretarial work, etc.) or a combination of relevant labor market experiences;

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the preparation of offers for professional services;

  • Ability to work and communicate with managers, technical staff and management;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines;

  • Ability to work both in a team and on an individual basis

  • Good knowledge of standard software, including the MS Office suite, and perfect command of MS Word;

  • Knowledge of InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite) and Visio an asset;

  • Bilingualism an asset;

  • Experience in engineering is an asset
