Position: Customer Support Consultant (B2B) Location: Montreal Do you have excellent customer service skills? Would you like to work in a technology-oriented environment? Our client, a leader in HR software production, is looking for new talent to complete the B2B team. You will be responsible for: - Handle customer requests in accordance with the service contract and processes in place - Sort, qualify, organize and prioritize customer requests received by phone or email - Ensure the processing of anomalies and communications to customers according to the deadlines defined in the service contract - Coordinate the processing of anomalies, disputes, billable optimization requests or the transfer of cases involving other team members - Coordinate the resolution of anomalies or disputes as well as billable optimization requests - Keep clients informed at every stage of the resolution process - Transfer qualified cases related to training needs or optimization requests to business analysts or other team members - Ensure the use and optimization of tools and processes to support a positive customer experience Benefits: - Salary of up to $60,000 per year - Daytime schedule Monday to Friday - Remote position for now and hybrid mode after Covid - Full benefits upon hire - People-oriented company - Breakfast offered every Friday morning - 4 weeks of vacation What it takes to apply? - 2-5 years of relevant experience in a customer support role, ideally in the SaaS/software/technology industry - Excellent writing skills - Sense of initiative and organization essential - Bilingual French/English Desired personal characteristics : - Excellent interpersonal skills - Sense of initiative and organization essential - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, result oriented - High level of autonomy - Positive attitude and interest in learning - Ability to understand a rapidly changing environmentPlease send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at
