Habitations Le Pélican A non-profit organization offering community housing to people aged 50 and over in a building with 179 units, is looking for candidates to fill the position: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Summary of the position Under the responsibility of the general management, the executive assistant sees to the proper functioning of the financial and administrative aspects of the corporation, human resources management, real estate management, in conjunction with the general management and the reception agent.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 35% - Manage supplier accounts and service contracts, ensure invoice processing; - Work in collaboration with the accounting manager for monthly accounting; - Meet the requirements of co surrenders accounts; - Propose balanced annual budget forecasts, exercise monitoring and control of expenditures; - Produce and make the required monthly reports to senior management and prepare the annual audit. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 35% In collaboration with the reception agent: - Complete the rent register monthly; - Maintain the direct debit register and manage delays and non-payments; > - Prepare and carry out the renewal of leases; - Prepare the signing of leases and the kit for the new tenant; - Prepare statements 31 and credit applications for home support; - Manage grant application files (PSL); - Prepare files with the Régie du logement in collaboration with the general management e; - Manage parking (cars and scooters).

SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT 20% - Collect and process timesheets and prepare payroll with Employer D; - Prepare vacation pay and end of work summary year, keep time banks; - Prepare and send monthly remittances to the pension plan; - Support senior management in hiring: dissemination of announcements and sorting of applications received. SUPPORT FOR GOVERNANCE 10% - Coordinate and organize boards of directors and write the minutes; - Write the annual activity report, in conjunction with the general management.

QUALITIES, ABILITIES AND SKILLS SOUGHT - Be able to work independently and do demonstrated initiative and a great attention to detail; - Demonstrate an ability to work within a small team; - Have strong time management and planning skills with - Act with great discretion and know how to keep information confidential; - Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - College diploma in administration or other relevant training; - Three (3) years of relevant experience; - Excellent knowledge of Office suite and language French spoken and written; - Knowledge of property management, an asset; - Experience withseniors and people in vulnerable situations, an asset; - Experience in the social economy, an asset.

Salary and working conditions

Regular position at 24h / week, schedule to be determined (3 or 4 days / week ). Hourly rate at $ 23 / hr, with pension plan.
