The incumbent will assist the Vice President and his / her directors in their administrative duties.
More specifically, the candidate will be brought to:
Effectively manage the agenda and the timetable;
Write correspondence and follow up emails;
Coordinate business trips (flights, hotels);
Prepare and keep records or documents up-to-date, including business presentations;
Correct and ensure the quality of official written documents, in both English and French, and occasionally perform light translation work; > Organize and attend certain meetings, both internally and externally, and write reports;
Perform certain administrative tasks such as analysis, ad hoc reports, invoice processing (low volume), expense claims, filing, mail sorting, etc.
Order supplies and equipment and access requests;

You have secretarial training, combined with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (any other combination deemed equivalent will be considered)
You have excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite;
You are autonomous, discreet, have a good judgment and have a good sense of the management of the priorities and the organization;
You are able to work under pressure, to be resourceful and to excel in a fast environment and in change;
