NV-06As an office work and operations technician, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational profitability and productivity by adapting procedures and equipment. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing and verification of database data integrity. You serve as technical collaborator and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technical problems and help develop and improve methods and procedures.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

  • Perform database migrations in InfoArchive, which requires analyzing the databases together with clients
  • Contact with the client to clearly identify their needs for their database implementation in InfoArchive
  • Scan databases using Migration Center
  • Transform data into XML format using Oxygen
  • Convert files to PDF using Aspose
  • Import the data into InfoArchive by following the procedure via iashell
  • Provide a demo for the client to ensure that the implementation is carried out according to their needs and make any necessary corrections
  • Make post-migration follow-ups
  • Analyze and take part in resolving any incidents together with the team
  • Write and update work processes and procedures
