Project Assistant

The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative management of construction projects and providing support to project managers:

Its main functions will be:

  • Ensure the administrative management of projects in the computer system: opening, closing and updating;
  • Provide project documents (opening and end of project): CNESST and CCQ compliance, receipt, letter of guarantee, certificate of insurance, etc .;
  • Manage the flow of information / project documentation: receipt, printing, signing, sending to clients, follow-ups, etc .;
  • Opening and monitoring endorsements;
  • Manage shop drawings: approval, signature, tracking;
  • Dealing with problematic invoices from subcontractors & amp; suppliers;
  • Issue purchase orders;
  • Assist project managers with project administrative tasks;
  • All other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Office Automation or Administration, or other related degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the field of construction
  • Mastering the Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the Maestro operating system (asset)
  • Functional English
