We are looking for an administrative assistant.
- D.E.P. in secretarial work
- 1 to 2 years of secretarial experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Spoken and written : bilingual (French and English)
- Have a good sense of organization and responsibilities
- Maternity leave (18 months) with possibility of a permanent position
- Answer phone calls and forward messages.
- Order office supplies.
- Write quotes and various documents.
- Prepare and print various documents.
- Prepare agreements and purchase orders.
- Support and coordination of various files relating to the management of construction projects.
- Response to requests for information from customers, professionals and subcontractors.
- Classify and archive documents .
- All other related tasks at the request of the manager.
