Secretary - Bilingual Countable-Real Estate Sector (SU)

We are looking for a secretary - bilingual account for our client, a company in the real estate field. This is a temporary position, with a 35h week schedule in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the general manager • Manage Customer Folder Tracking • Make computerized accounting to the financial statements • Coordinate actions to meet different internal requests • Perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

• Training in secretarial and or relevant experience • 3 to 4 years of experience in a position in administration • Perfectly bilingual (French and English ) both orally and in writing • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite • Good knowledge of the accounting cycle

Knowledge:

• Minutie, rigor, and sense of organization • ease with technological tools • Orient to solutions • Autonomy and sense of organization • Rigor and worry about job well done
