NV-11As a Senior Advisor, Digital Performance Measurement and Monitoring, you contribute to the planning and development of the virtual channel by identifying key performance indicators, implementing tracking mechanisms and tools, and creating and producing reports in order to contribute to Desjardins Group's objectives. You help develop and update measurement tools, overall performance indicators, policies, processes and programs in support of your unit's strategic projects and initiatives.You lead and influence practitioners as part of the digital shift, and development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field.You make recommendations on the development and enhancement of the virtual channel, and initiatives and projects with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity that call for analysis and a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the business and the organization.You demonstrate organizational skills in your assignments and are disciplined. Coordination is critical, so you interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Highly developed interpersonal skills are therefore essential.You serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.More specifically, you serve as an advisor to the Manager, Digital Performance and Planning and the management team in setting up dashboards and tracking, analyzing and reporting results as well as making recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

  • Digital experience (web/mobile)

  • Experience in an influential role involving executive-level presentations

  • Master's degree in IT, e-commerce, marketing or a related field (an asset)

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industries (an asset)

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and⁄or Adobe Analytics (an asset)

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and Data Studio

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Advanced proficiency in English
