NV-10As a senior product administration advisor, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.You lead development initiatives and innovative, complex strategic interventions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You make recommendations regarding the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many different fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter specialist. You also act as resource and support person for decision-making bodies.
More specifically, you carry out activities to improve the client experience and bolster the performance and operational efficiency of Desjardins Securities.

- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (an asset)

- Sound knowledge of securities-related operations and regulation
- Knowledge of OSS, AS400 and GRD (an asset)
- Proficient speaker, advanced knowledge of English
