NV-11As Senior Advisor, Structure and Strategic Directions, you will take on a leadership and influencer role with stakeholders on complex, strategic files that require in-depth expertise in your field of activity. You will serve as a content specialist and resource person in guiding and influencing your Vice-President in drawing up the strategic plan. You will manage the performance of the business line and the project portfolio, and coordinate the strategic plan.You will advise and assist your Vice-President with the positioning, planning, development, execution and follow-up of various strategic mandates within the division. You will monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends and make appropriate recommendations to develop best practices for the organization. In addition to developing performance indicators and monitoring approaches, you will also develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your sector’s strategic projects and initiatives. You will be required to frequently represent your sector in dealings with senior management committees and decision-making bodies.Your extensive knowledge of the sector will help advance the organization’s objectives. You are recognized for your ability to build official and informal networks. Your strategic mindset will help you see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.You are client-oriented, and develop strong ties with clients and provide client-focused solutions. You build partnerships easily and work with others to achieve shared objectives. You are action- and results-oriented, and demonstrate a determined and efficient approach. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
