NV-10This position is related to the Business Banking Services Solutions Replacement (BBSSR) project, which aims at modernizing a banking services platform for Business clients. As Senior Business Analyst, you help define and develop business needs for Business services, establish process and solution targets, identify opportunities for improving service delivery, and design and deliver business strategies and solutions related to the business architecture. You analyze the organization's business needs and context within the scope of the program. You formalize business objectives and their value to the organization. You help identify, clarify the scope of, assess and recommend business solutions. You analyze the impact that solutions have on the organization, and ensure their integration, from needs assessment to rollout. The nature of the files and projects requires in-depth expertise in your field of activity. You help solve complex problems. These require analysis and a comprehensive, detailed understanding of the business, as well as an ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity. Coordination is critical. You frequently interact with various stakeholders working in complementary areas of expertise. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to balance the interests of multiple parties are therefore essential. You serve as a resource person for your unit, work teams and clients.

Main responsibilities
Have an in-depth understanding of the business field and the impact of the project on the organization's operations
Analyze the stakeholder needs as well as the costs, benefits, risks, constraints and business opportunities that need to be considered in the scope
Identify, analyze, document and validate the organization's business needs and requirements
Advise and assist users; challenge work methods with a view to improving the organization and fostering innovation
Formalize objectives, support value identification and model business processes
Co-create the solution with users by ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze the impacts with stakeholders and identify internal prerequisites and dependencies. Ensure a cross-sector approach to the solution and provide end-to-end traceability of requirements
Assist in developing testing strategies and define the acceptance testing plan
Support the business sector during solution rollout
Help develop change management strategies and carry out change management activities
Participate in organizational and project risk analyses and measures
Participate in quality control activities (review of work processes, impact analysis, cost/benefit analysis, etc.).

Workplace: Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in business modernization or transformation programs
Experience in business process optimization
Experience in system integration and deployment and software implementation
Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple system and data integrations
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Certification in business analysis (CBAP or PMI-PBA) or knowledge of business analysis methodology (BABOK or PBAP) (an asset)
