NV-07As a Systems User Support Analyst, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and help adapt management systems based on the organization’s changing needs.You serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing.You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to change or adjust methods and procedures to make them as effective and efficient as possible.
General Information on the Position
Identifies needs for improvement, analyzes impacts of change requests and recommends appropriate solutions
Prioritizes user requests and ensures follow-up and performance
Helps prepare functional files in collaboration with users and IT partners; validates and approves these files
Takes part in projects related to the activities of his/her unit
Carries out or coordinates testing for requests submitted to IT and makes sure the results obtained meet users expectations
Identifies training needs, prepares material and data and dispenses training, if needed
Where applicable, analyzes and develops reports and data extractions to meet user’s needs
Writes and updates documentation and system usage procedures

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
