Our client, a business in the health field, is looking for a technician in administration. This is a temporary position with a schedule from in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the management of the component of collective agreements (negotiations, renewals, etc.)
- contribute by analyzes to the regulations of the grievances
- harvest, analyze and manage the data necessary to improve processes
- Prepare documents for negotiation meetings (agenda, account -rendu, timetable, etc.)
- write, revise and correct certain documents and correspondence
- mount report and various Tables on Excel
- Perform all other tasks related to the position
requirements:
- DEC in legal techniques
- minimum 2 years of experience in a working team
- good maitri French se, spoken and written
- functional English
- good control of the MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
