Main responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues. Submit solutions and action plans and take corrective action as needed
  • Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis. Analyze procurement and purchasing needs
  • Coordinate activities. Follow up and verify as needed to meet quality standards and follow purchasing and procurement processes
  • Prepare documents; draft and produce technical notes and reports; and validate information and update files for day-to-day purchasing and procurement management
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improvement
  • Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems.

  • A minimum of three year of relevant experience
