We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to work in our clinics in the Montreal area (Villeray and West Island)!

Responsibilities include: welcoming patients; answering phone calls; communicating service offerings; confirming patient appointments; processing daily payments and performing end-of-day reconciliation; managing orders and inventory of office supplies; scanning medical results; scheduling specialist appointments; planning secretaries' and doctors' schedules; and scheduling tasks and ensuring follow-up. ; Supervise and coach the sales and goal achievement of the secretarial team; Monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis; Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic's secretarial services; Validate billing completed by medical secretaries; Lead a weekly team meeting; Organize and manage training; Attend various team meetings.YOU ARE:

Requirements
- Hold a course in medical or dental secretarial studies or Equivalent;
- Experience in a medical clinic (2 to 5 years);
- Smiling, courteous, and communicative;
- Medical terminology;
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Strong ability to advise on available services;
- Organizational skills, efficient, and able to multitask;
- Highly autonomous and possesses the necessary skills for teamwork;
- Quick learner and adaptable to change;
- Computer skills (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of MYLE software (an asset).

Salary: $27 to $31.50 per hour depending on experience
Evening and weekend shift premiums
Bonus of Manager Benefits: Company Events On-site Parking Schedule: Full-time 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Day and evening shifts (until 7 PM) Occasional weekends Work Location: On-site
