Your role will not be to sell directly, but to create winning conditions for each business opportunity to move forward quickly and efficiently. Your daily tasks Ensure the administrative follow-up of business opportunities and maintain a CRM rigorously up to date. Prepare quotes, presentations, documents, and tools necessary for meetings with partners. Follow up with prospects, distributors, and partners to ensure fast and professional service. Coordinate appointments, communications, and next steps for various files. Participate in the search for new markets, partners, distributors, and manufacturers' representatives. Collaborate in the management of contracts, commercial documentation, and promotions. Organize the sending of promotional materials and tools intended for the distribution network. Participate in certain trade shows to ensure all logistics before, during, and after events. Provide administrative support for the development of a network of manufacturers' representatives in Canada, the United States, and eventually in Europe. Contribute to competitive intelligence and the continuous improvement of sales processes. The ideal profile You are the ideal person if you: are perfectly fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing; have excellent phone skills and communicate professionally; are recognized for your organizational skills and your ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; are proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint; are comfortable with artificial intelligence tools and new technologies; demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and an excellent attention to detail; understand the realities of business development and enjoy working in a results-oriented environment.
