Main tasks:

• Take customer reservations, ensuring beforehand that you are familiar with the hotel's various services, packages, and promotions;
• Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed;
• Greet guests upon arrival, confirm their personal and banking information, and then direct them to their rooms;
• Process and finalize the Guest departures;
• Handle customer requests, comments, and complaints;
• Answer and redirect phone calls as needed;
• Follow up with relevant departments as required;
• Provide exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
