💼 Your daily role

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage emails with professionalism and kindness

• Collaborate closely with the accounting manager to manage accounts payable and various administrative tasks

• Provide administrative support to the team for various projects and needs punctual

💡 Your profile

• DEP in accounting, DEP in office automation, DEC in administration, or any other equivalent training or experience

• Good spoken and written French

• Comfortable with Google Suite and/or Office

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of service
