Description:

– Working with accounting files

– Manage data to process payroll for around 10 employees (non-unionized)

– Perform all calculations relating to the DAS

– Manage payments to the government including GST QST

– Prepare end-of-month entries

– Working with accounts payable and receivable

– Be available to answer questions

– Ensure production compliance with all government standards and documents

– Work in collaboration with the senior accountant to carry out accounting and finance tasks and reports

Skills:

– ASP DEP or DEC in accounting, or equivalent experience

– 2+ years of experience in the accounting field

– Experience with accounting software and Excel

– French and English

– Organization and efficiency

Conditions:

– Excellent annual salary $50,000-$60,000
