À titre d’agent administratif, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion du matériel nécessaire aux divers projets de NSW Contrôle, tant sur le plan logistique que comptable. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie et de terrain, tu veilleras à coordonner l’achat, la réception et l’expédition du matériel, ainsi qu’à assurer la tenue de livres liée à ces activités. Tu assureras également une présence à la réception du bureau de Sherbrooke.

Responsabilités

Administration générale

Comptabilité et tenue de livres

Effectue la tenue de livres relative aux achats en partenariat avec l’équipe administrative.
Traite et enregistre les factures, bons de commande et autres documents comptables.

Logistique et approvisionnement

Planifie et exécute les commandes de matériel pour les trois succursales de NSW Contrôle.
Assure la réception et l’expédition du matériel nécessaire aux différents projets pour la succursale de Sherbrooke.
Suit les fluctuations d’inventaire pour maintenir des niveaux stables et précis.
Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (administration, ingénierie, terrain) pour optimiser la gestion de l’inventaire et des livraisons.

Autres responsabilités

Participe à l’amélioration continue des processus logistiques et comptables.
Exécute toute autre tâche connexe confiée par la direction.

Exigences

DEP en comptabilité ou bureautique ou expérience pertinente jugée équivalente

Expérience de 2 ans minimum en comptabilité, achat ou administration

Connaissance du logiciel Avantage (Un grand atout)

Connaissance des pièces utilisés dans le domaine du Contrôle et de l'automatisation

Bonne connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
