Sous la supervision de la direction générale, l’adjoint.e administrative.f assure un soutien essentiel aux opérations quotidiennes de Miel&Co. Elle/il veille à un service-client irréprochable, à la rigueur des processus administratifs et à une communication fluide entre les différents départements.

Vos principales responsabilités
•    Assurer un service-client de qualité au téléphone et en ligne en français et en anglais
•    Prendre et traiter les commandes (courriel, téléphone, boutique en ligne).
•    Répondre aux messages et commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux.
•    Gérer les modifications de commandes, remboursements et facturation.
•    Élaborer les routes d’expédition et assurer le suivi avec le livreur.
•    Supporter la direction dans diverses demandes administratives.
•    Classer les factures et générer des rapports Excel.
•    Préparer le dépôt bancaire.
•    Collaborer à la préparation d’événements et d’activités spéciales.
•    Programmer les publications planifiées sur les réseaux sociaux.
•    Effectuer l’entrée de données et le maintien des registres RSAC.
•    Participer aux demandes de subventions.
•    Responsable comité CNESST et contribuer aux bonnes pratiques de santé et sécurité.

Votre profil

Formation
•    DEC ou AEC en gestion de commerce ou administration, ou DEP en administration/ventes, ou toute combinaison équivalente (Essentiel).
Compétences techniques
•    Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de la suite Office .
•    Bonne connaissance en service client, facturation et commerce électronique .

Expérience
• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en service client et administration.

Langues
• Français avancé parlé et écrit.
• Anglais intermédiaire parlé et écrit.
