SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION

L'Adjoint(e) de direction travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Général (DG) de l’entreprise ainsi qu’avec l’équipe de direction afin de leur apporter un soutien de haut niveau.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Piloter les projets transversaux de l’entreprise à la demande du DG
Tenir et coordonner avec vigilance l’agenda du comité de direction et Assurer une liaison constante entre tous les membres de l’exécutif
Prendre action sur les appels, messages vocaux, les courriels et le courrier du DG si besoin
Réviser, corriger des rapports reçus et rédiger divers documents à l'intention des cadres de direction, des comités ou des conseils d'administration en français et en anglais
Préparer l'ordre du jour des réunions des comités, des conseils d'administration et d'autres réunions et organiser ces réunions
Préparer divers documents administratifs incluant correspondance, procès-verbaux, communiqués officiels et autres, et ce, dans les deux langues officielles (français/anglais)
Gérer et tenir à jour les dossiers de la direction (rapports de dépenses)
Réaliser les présentations de divers rapports
Liaison de communication avec la France (Fleury Michon) et les Pays-Bas (Marfo) et coordonner les déplacements du DG
Animer les activités et des évènements spéciaux (incluant le comité social)
Contribuer à la procédure de gouvernance pour la signature des contrats
Faire le suivi des dossiers d’expatriation et de permis de travail
Tenir à jour les politiques et procédures internes
Applique et respecte les exigences légales de la reconnaissance HACCP et de la certification FSSC22000
