Description de l’offre d’emploi

L’adjoint(e) administratif(ve) assure le soutien administratif d’une entreprise d’électricien (domaine de la construction). Elle veille au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes, à la gestion efficace des communications et à la coordination des activités administratives.

Soutien administratif général: Rédiger, corriger et mettre en forme divers documents (lettres, rapports, procédures). Assurer le classement physique et numérique des documents. Préparer et tenir à jour les dossiers administratifs.

Gestion des communications: Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels et aux demandes internes/externes. Accueillir les visiteurs et assurer une assistance professionnelle. Transmettre les informations aux personnes concernées et assurer un suivi rapide.

Soutien financier : Effectuer des suivis de factures, bons de commande et paiements et paies. Traiter des notes de frais ou des rapports de dépenses.

Compétences et qualifications recherchées : Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), capacité rédactionnelle. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Office, gestion de courrier Outlook, Acomba /CMEQ). Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur et discrétion. Compétences relationnelles et service à la clientèle.
