Sous la responsabilité de la directrice générale, dans un environnement politique et juridique en constante évolution, l’adjoint(e) administratif(ve) assumera les responsabilités liées au secrétariat, comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs et diverses tâches de bureau, afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes. La personne aura également pour mission de soutenir le service d’inspection et le service de travaux publics.

Principales responsabilités :

Assurer le service à la clientèle auprès des citoyens avec courtoisie, les diriger et leur fournir des renseignements;
Traiter le courrier quotidien (incluant le courrier électronique);
Rédiger et assurer la diffusion efficace de l’information destinée aux citoyens (infolettre, site internet, alertes, etc.);
Réviser et corriger les textes ainsi que la mise en page de divers documents;
Effectuer certaines opérations comptables comme les paies, les encaissements, les comptes à payer et les remises gouvernementales;
Archiver les documents de la municipalité et en assurer rapidement l’accessibilité;
Tenir à jour des bases de données et divers outils de suivi;
Faire le suivi des réservations de la salle communautaire;
Faciliter et assister dans la planification matérielle des réunions;
Toutes autres tâches connexes pour le bien-être de la municipalité.
