Les municipalités de Ristigouche-Partie-Sud-Est et Escuminac sont à la recherche d’un candidat* pour occuper la fonction d’

ADJOINT (E) ADMINISTRATIF (TIVE) ET COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) AUX LOISIRS, SPORT ET ACTIVITÉS COMMUNAUTAIRES

Sous l’autorité des directions générales, l’adjoint administratif accomplit différentes tâches de secrétariat et de service aux citoyens.

TÂCHES

• Accueillir, diriger et répondre aux demandes des citoyens, visiteurs et professionnels ;

• Recevoir et transmettre les plaintes des citoyens aux personnes concernées et tenir à jour un registre des plaintes ;

• Faire le suivi de certaines demandes d’information par téléphone, courriel ou téléphone ;

• Rédiger ou transcrire tout texte ou tableur et effectuer la mise en page, réviser, corriger ou améliorer des textes au besoin et selon les demandes (lettres, avis, tableaux, etc.,) et en assurer le suivi approprié ;

• Établir les paies ;

• Enregistrer les données des comptes payables et recevables dans le logiciel de gestion municipale ;

• Effectuer les tâches relatives à l’enregistrement, au classement et à la sauvegarde des documents dans le cadre de la modernisation et de la numérisation des documents municipaux ;

• Effectuer la perception et l’encaissement au comptoir des comptes de taxes et locations diverses et remettre des reçus lorsque demandé par l’usager ;

• Organiser et coordonner diverses activités liées à la culture, le sport et les loisirs à destination des citoyens des municipalités d’Escuminac et Ristigouche-Sud-Est en collaboration avec les municipalités environnantes.

• Diplôme d’études collégiales en bureautique (DEC), diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) option secrétariat ou scolarité équivalente ;

• Maîtriser parfaitement le français écrit et parlé ;

• Connaissance du milieu municipal, un atout.

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

• Poste permanent à temps plein de 32 heures par semaine (2 journées de 8 heures dans chacune des 2 municipalités) ;

• Lieux de travail : 35, chemin Kempt à Ristigouche-Sud-Est et 13, rue de l’Église à Pointe-à-la-Garde ;
